Integrity— doing the right thing when no one is watching, doing such things alone, doing anything even when there’s people. Fighting for what is right proving that the leader isn’t afraid of fighting. Service— “I didn’t come here to be serve, I came here to serve” authority for the community, not richness for themselves. You should be with your people, helping and serving. Emphaty — filling community sparks, meaning you feel also what your community feel a leader doesn’t have to think anything, willingly to help. Courage — what is right, that is what should be done. Encouraging them to the right path.

As a leader, you shouldn’t be afraid if what you do unless if it will harm the community. You need to think before you do it resulting good for the community.
